Anatolia Menu Design and Restaurant Concept
Highlighting color palettes that tie into a specific region, this project focused on developing a menu and restaurant concept that respects a cultural heritage. Anatolia is a fine-dining experience with a menu featuring Middle-Eastern fare. This restaurant concept caters to enterprising individuals, roughly ages 29-59, with an interest in Mediterranean cuisine. The pattern is inspired by traditional Islamic art and geometry, while the colors draw from some of the many Middle Eastern spices.
